I recently tried Shiva Chat Bhandar and was blown away by their Ragada Samosa Chaat. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the spices were just right. I loved the crunch of the samosa and the savory ragada topping. It was a unique twist on traditional chaat dishes. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was also very pleasant.
