I recently tried the chicken Manchurian with 2 rumali roti from Late Night Biryani and I was pleasantly surprised by how healthy it was! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the Manchurian sauce had just the right amount of spice. The two rumali rotis were light and fluffy, a great alternative to heavy naans. This meal had a good balance of nutrition and flavor, making it a great option for a late night meal. Highly recommend trying it out!
