I recently dined at Pind Balluchi and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered a variety of gluten-free options. The Heeng Dhaniya Ke Aloo, in particular, caught my attention and it did not disappoint. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and the flavors of asafoetida and coriander came through beautifully.
