Haldiram's Restaurant exceeded my expectations with their amazing Dahi Puri. The combination of crispy puris, tangy yogurt, and spicy chutney was a burst of flavours in every bite. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect level of spice in the dish. I recently tried the Dilli Ke Chole Lasagne at Firangi Bake, and as someone who follows the Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying it was! The combination of traditional Indian flavors in a modern dish was a unique experience. The lasagne noodles were replaced with thinly sliced zucchini, making it a healthier option.
