#Kheer is a favourite in every household, but for elders with diabetes, sugar spikes can be a concern. With (DiabeSmart Low GI Rice), you can make a delicious, creamy kheer that’s (light on sugar )but full of flavour!
Ingredients:
✅ ¼ cup (Diabesmart Low GI Rice)
✅ 2 cups milk (low-fat)
✅ 1 tbsp of DiabeSmart Diabetic Sweetener (adjust as per taste)
✅ ¼ tsp cardamom powder
✅ Chopped (almonds & pistachios) for garnish
Recipe:
1️⃣ Rinse DiabeSmart (Low GI Rice )and cook it in milk on low heat until soft.
2️⃣ Add (DiabeSmart Diabetic Sweetener) and mix well. Let it dissolve completely.
3️⃣ Stir in (cardamom powder) and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4️⃣ Garnish with almonds & pistachios. Serve warm!
