I recently tried Swad Assal Taste, an authentic Kerala restaurant and was blown away by their delicious Kerala Parotta. I recently visited Lakshmi Kerala Mess and tried their Unniyappam, a popular dish from Kerala. I must say, it was delicious! The texture was perfectly crispy on the outside while soft and fluffy on the inside. The traditional flavor of jaggery and banana blended together beautifully in each bite.
