I recently ordered from Monginis and was blown away by their Butterscotch Veg Cake! The moment I took a bite, I could tell that the ingredients used were of high quality and the cake was baked to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised to find a few Paleo-friendly options at McDonald's, including the McSpicy Chicken Burger and Veg Pizza McPuff. The restaurant itself may not be completely Paleo-friendly, but for those looking for a quick and convenient option, I highly recommend trying these dishes.
