As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was excited to try the Mexican Spicy Paneer Rice Bowl at California Burrito. I was not disappointed! The dish had a perfect balance of spice and flavor, and the use of paneer instead of meat was a pleasant surprise. The rice bowl was also gluten-free, putting my mind at ease. Did not add cheese which is meant to be added for free In this order. This is my favourite dish but I'm disappointed again and again.
