I recently tried the Rajasthani kachori at New Rajasthan Chat Bhandar and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and authentic, reminding me of my travels to Rajasthan. The kachori was perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with a flavorful mixture of spices and vegetables. I couldn't get enough of it!
