I recently tried the Aloo Paneer Masala at Rajasthan Dhaba and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were bold and authentic, and the dish had the perfect balance of spices. I recently tried the Aloo Tikki Chole at Haldiram's Restaurant and it was delicious! The tikki was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the chole was flavorful and perfectly spiced.
