I recently had the pleasure of dining at Santosh Dhaba and I must say, the Kaju Butter Rice was divine. The combination of cashews and butter on the perfectly cooked rice was a taste explosion in my mouth. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and the service was top-notch. I recently tried the Dilli Ke Chole Lasagne at Firangi Bake, and as someone who follows the Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying it was! The combination of traditional Indian flavors in a modern dish was a unique experience. The lasagne noodles were replaced with thinly sliced zucchini, making it a healthier option.
