I recently had the pleasure of trying the Kurmuri Choupaty Bhel from Haldiram's Restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The balance of flavors and textures in this breakfast dish was perfect. I love how they incorporated traditional Indian flavors into a modern breakfast option. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch and the service at the restaurant was excellent.
