I recently visited Simhapuri Kitchen & Bar and was pleasantly surprised by the number of vegan options on their menu. I recently ordered a late-night snack from Mom Kitchen and was thoroughly impressed. The Paneer Butter Masala was delicious and paired perfectly with the two Tandoori Rotis.
