I recently visited Meze By Ganga Sagar and I was blown away by their Dahi Koki with Papad dish. As someone who prefers spicy food, I was delighted to find that their version had the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The papad added a nice crunch to the dish and the dahi (yogurt) provided a cooling element. Overall, it was a delightful combination that left my taste buds wanting more.
