I recently tried the Andhra Mutton Fry from Flavours of Andhra and I must say, it did not disappoint! As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of heat in the dish. The mutton was cooked to perfection and the traditional Andhra flavors really shined through.
