I recently tried the Dal Makhni at Amber Hotel & Restaurant and I must say, I was highly impressed. As a spice lover, I am always on the lookout for restaurants that offer delicious and spicy dishes. And Amber Hotel did not disappoint. The Dal Makhni had the perfect level of spice and was bursting with flavors. It was creamy, rich and had just the right amount of heat. I recently had the pleasure of dining at New Saffron Restaurant and I must say, their Veg Thali was absolutely delectable. The variety and flavors in the thali blew my taste buds away.
