I recently discovered Punjabi Fast Food and I have to say, it has become my go-to place for delicious and spicy food. The Aloo Payaz Paratha with a side of Dahi was simply amazing. The paratha was perfectly crispy and filled with a flavorful mix of potatoes and onions. And the Dahi just added another layer of creaminess and tanginess to the dish. I appreciate that they didn't skimp on the spice level, as it was just the right amount of heat
