I recently dined at Ambika Foods and I have to say, their Kadhi Rice was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to find vegan options on the menu and I couldn't resist ordering it. The kadhi was perfectly spiced and the rice was cooked to perfection. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I love when I can find tasty vegan options at restaurants.
