I recently dined at Hotel Gwalior Regency, and I was pleased to find that they offered vegan options on their menu. I ordered the Sarson Ka Saag with 2 Makke Roti and it was absolutely delicious. The saag was creamy and flavorful, and the roti was perfectly cooked. I appreciated the fact that the restaurant had options for vegans like myself. I recently dined at Biryani By Kilo and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. I recently dined at Goila Butter Chicken and was pleasantly surprised by their excellent vegan options. I tried the Bhuna Gosht with 2 Paratha, and it was simply delicious! The flavors were bold and the plant-based meat was cooked to perfection. I appreciate that this restaurant offers such an extensive vegan menu. Veg Daawat by Behrouz hit the spot with their Zaikedaar Paneer Biryani With Paneer Gravy and 3 Paratha. The flavors were delicious and it was portioned nicely - enough to serve 2-3 people. Highly recommend!

I recently tried a new restaurant called Delhi Darbar located in Hotel Dessert Palm. As someone who loves spicy food and trying out new cuisines, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. I recently tried the Chinese Platter at Devki Grand and I must say, it was excellent! The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly, and the portion size was just right for a healthy meal.
