The Root Barrel did not disappoint with their crispy vegan fish and chips. The batter was perfectly crispy and the addition of tartar sauce made it even better. As someone who prefers vegan options, I was thrilled to see this on the menu and I can confidently say it was just as good as any traditional fish and chips.
