I recently visited Guwahati Dhaba and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of continental dishes on their menu. I ordered the veg fried rice, black dal, mutton masala, and rumali roti and was not disappointed. The veg fried rice had a perfect balance of flavors, while the black dal had a creamy texture. I recently discovered Cafe Maya and I have to say, their Chilli Mushroom starter was a delightful surprise. The dish had just the right amount of spice and the mushrooms were cooked to perfection.
