I recently tried out Maa Manasha Sweets And Restaurants and was blown away by their Chicken Hot And Sour Soup. It had just the right amount of spiciness and the flavors were on point. I recently visited Chayanika Restaurant and tried their Assamese Veg Thali. I must say, it was a delightful experience.
