I recently tried Rang de Basanti Urban Dhaba and was blown away by their Dal Makhani. It was available 24 hours and tasted amazing. The rich, creamy dal had the perfect balance of spices and was cooked to perfection. The ambiance of the restaurant was also great, giving off a vibrant and energetic vibe.
