I recently tried the Vegetable Lemon Coriander Soup at Beijing Street and it was simply delicious! The broth was packed with flavour and the vegetable chunks were perfectly cooked. I recently dined at Mainland China and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious offering of Corn and Water Chestnut Dumplings.
