I recently ordered from Pema's and I have to say, their Crispy Chilli Pork was a standout dish. The pork was dry, but in the best way possible, giving it a crispy and crunchy texture. The chilli added the perfect amount of heat and flavor. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and freshness of the sushi at Pema's. I recently dined at Hornbill and was pleasantly surprised by their healthy menu options. I ordered the Pork With Bamboo Shoot dish and it was delicious!
