I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience at Kwaliti's Sector 66 branch.
Yesterday, I visited the restaurant to redeem a coupon voucher for a double egg roll at around 7:00 PM. However, I was denied service and was told to come back the next day to collect the roll.
Today, I returned to the restaurant to collect the roll as instructed. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse. The receptionist at Kwaliti was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he refuse to honor the coupon, but he also started shouting at us and displayed aggressive behavior. He even appeared to be on the verge of initiating a physical altercation, stating outright that he would not provide us with the rolls.
This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable, and it completely tarnished our perception of Kwaliti. A restaurant should prioritize customer service and ensure that guests feel welcomed and respected. Sadly, our experience at Kwaliti's Sector 66 branch was the exact opposite.
I hope that the management of Kwaliti takes this matter seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to prevent such incidents in the future. @kwalitiowner
Please look into it and this type of behaviour should not be repeated
And the person was who was managing the branch of kwaliti gurgaon sector 66 he is chubby and average heighted just to make sure that the action should only taken against the person who was involved in the incident.
