I recently visited Subeh-e-Banaras and I was delighted to see a variety of vegan options on their menu. I ordered their 4 Masala Poori with Rasedar Aloo ki Sabji and Raita and I must say, it was delicious! The pooris were perfectly crispy and the sabji had just the right amount of spices.
