Our Zeer Biryan Peynir is a Mala-Akbari signature that has been on our menu since day one.

Saffron flavoured rice with lentils and fried cottage cheese dipped in saffron yogurt is a recipe we’ve taken from the Nuskha-i-Shahjahani a historical food recipe book transliterated from the biography of Shah Jahan by Ms. Salma Husain!

Topped with a beautiful whole confit garlic and confit vegetables.
