I recently ordered lunch from Bhawan and it was a delightful experience! The Box Of 10 Gulkand & Thandai Peda was simply amazing, with a perfect balance of flavors. The packaging was also sturdy and ensured the food arrived fresh and intact. I highly recommend trying this option for lunch, as it is not only delicious but also a unique and fun meal to share with colleagues or friends. I can't wait to order from Bhawan again and try their other lunch options.

I stopped by Bhawan for a Box of 4 Mithai Gift Box and really enjoyed my experience! The mithai was really flavorful and the presentation perfect! As a vegan, I appreciate how easy it was to navigate their menu. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a vegan-friendly option.

The temperatures keep dropping, but our new winter desserts will keep you warm and toasty! Swipe through to see the sweet shenanigans we’ve been up to this season — be warned, you might want to drop by immediately.

First up is Hyderabad’s favorite dessert, the Apricot Delight! Stewed apricots with sponge cake and custard, topped off with a sweet drizzle of condensed milk — it’s like a trifle, but better. If you like a little zest in your dessert, go for the Gondhoraj Panna Cotta. Inspired by Kolkata’s favorite lemon, this one is served with an irresistible Nolen Gur Caramel. Next, try the Milk Cake Khurchan, an indulgent milk fudge topped with nuts and served with coffee ice cream. And last but not least, it wouldn’t be winter without our Do Gajar Ka Halwa, a sweet medley of carrots!

Our Winter Menu is inspired from memories of fun and exciting winter vacations our parents took us on growing up. ?

From Jalandhar, we bring you: Aloo Sharle! A unique addition to our winter chaats. This is exclusively found in Punjab and only during the months of winter where new harvested potatoes (naya aloo) are purchased directly from farms and made into tikkis with fresh methi leaves and topped with chutneys. We’ve gone to great lengths to sourcing new potatoes right here in Gurgaon for the season and the Aloo Sharle are topped with our house chutneys and a heirloom winter radish salad.

Winter is our favourite season because it’s perfect weather for crispy, crunchy, delicious chaat! A celebration of flavours, colours, and textures, chaat truly has our heart. Every state in India has its own favourite chaat.

Any Benarasi worth their salt will tell you their go-to is Tamatar Chaat — mashed aloo cooked with tomatoes in a makhana rassa with desi ghee and homemade nimki. A smash hit! Ask a Mumbaikar, and they’ll introduce you to their favouite Ragda Pattice: flavourful aloo tikki, white pea curry, kachumber and chutneys — you just can’t get enough. And of course, the national favourite Golgappa: with in-house papdi, golgappas and chutneys, the perfect snack!

Meet the legendary Netra Singh ?

He’s been a part of Team Bhawan for nearly 3 years and loves cooking all kind of kebabs in the tandoor.

Each kebab is unique in its cut, marination and time required in the tandoor. While the job looks simple enough, the hands of steel that work the tandoor require great knowledge of heat modulation which only comes from years of experience. Netra is a silent ninja at work and lets his work do the real talking. A mentor to many of the juniors in the kitchen, Netra leads by example with precision cooking each time and great attention to details to flavour and technique.

Netra’s favorite food is Nihari and when he’s not killing it at the tandoor; he’s busy playing cricket ?
