I recently visited Eataly and was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of vegan options on their menu. The mojito was definitely a highlight, perfectly balanced and refreshing. I ordered the Vegan Pizza and was blown away by the flavors and quality of the ingredients. The staff was also very accommodating and knowledgeable about vegan options. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious vegan meals in a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
