I recently discovered Buddha Cafe and their Ravioli with Spinach and Cheese completely won me over! Presentation is top-notch with vibrant colors that are almost too pretty to eat. But once you do, you'll be in dessert heaven. The pasta is cooked to perfection and the combination of spinach and cheese gives it the perfect balance of creaminess and freshness.
