I recently dined at Chinese Hub and was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free option on their menu. The Chole Bhature with Lassi combo was definitely the highlight of my meal. The bhature was perfectly crispy and the chole had just the right amount of spice. I appreciate the effort the restaurant put into providing a gluten-free option without compromising on taste.
