I recently visited Baker's Hut and was delighted to find their delicious Paleo Pineapple Cake. As someone who prefers a Paleo diet, finding options can be challenging, but this cake definitely hit the spot. The texture was perfect and the flavor was a great balance of sweetness and tanginess.
