I recently tried the Mushroom Soup at The Hot Chinese and it was absolutely delicious! The broth had a great depth of flavor and the mushrooms were perfectly cooked. As someone who prioritizes vegan options, I was thrilled to see this option available and it did not disappoint. The restaurant staff were also accommodating to my dietary preferences. I highly recommend this dish and The Hot Chinese for their commitment to offering fantastic vegan options.
