I recently visited Cavatina and was delighted to find that they had options for gluten-free diners. I tried their Slow Roast Pork Belly and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was succulent and the flavors were well-balanced. I appreciated that the chef took care to ensure that the dish was gluten-free.
