I recently visited Lime Light and was delighted to see that they had plenty of vegan options on their menu. I opted for the Plain Uttapam and it did not disappoint. The dish was full of flavor and the toppings were fresh and delicious. It's great to see a restaurant offering such tasty and satisfying vegan options. I recently visited Cafe 515 and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Paleo diet options, including a delicious Veg Hot and Sour Soup.
