I recently dined at Paratha Mania and ordered one of their specialty dishes, the Aloo Matar Paratha. As someone who loves Japanese cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique twist on traditional Indian parathas. The filling of mashed potatoes and peas was perfectly seasoned and the paratha itself was cooked to perfection. The presentation was also impressive. However, as a sushi lover, I couldn't help but compare it to my go-to Japanese dishes. Nevertheless, I highly recommend
