I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with both the delivery service and the rude behavior I encountered during my recent experience with Dominoโs.
First of all, the delivery partner was cold. When I questioned the delivery partner about the delay, I was met with unnecessary hostility. The delivery partner was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me like I was an inconvenience for merely clearing the understanding I did not expect to be treated like this, especially after paying for a service that promises convenience and quality.
To Domino's, let me ask this: are you only in business for people who live in "wealthy" neighborhoods? Because that's certainly the impression I got. If your brand is focused on catering to a certain demographic, then please, change your marketing and make it clear that your services are only for those who live in affluent areas. It would be much more honest than pretending to be a food service for the masses when clearly, you're not interested in serving everyone equally.
If Domino's is only concerned with delivering an "exclusive" experience to the rich, then perhaps you should rebrand as a luxury food service instead of posing as a company for all. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has completely changed my perception of your brand.
I expect an apology for the treatment I received and a clear explanation of why your delivery service was so poor. Until then, I will not be ordering from Domino's again.
