I recently visited Healtheos and was delighted to try their Arugula Poached Egg Salad. The combination of fresh arugula, perfectly poached eggs, and a tangy dressing was simply delightful. The dish was well balanced and full of flavor. The portion size was generous and the presentation was beautiful. The ambiance of the restaurant was modern and inviting.
