I recently visited Headquarter Skybar and was pleasantly surprised to find some great Paleo diet options on their menu. I tried their French fries and they were surprisingly good. The atmosphere was lively and the service was excellent. As someone who follows Paleo, it's always a bonus to find a restaurant that caters to my dietary preferences.
