I recently visited The Pindi and was pleasantly surprised by their Make Your Own Platter option. As someone who follows a Paleo diet, I was thrilled to be able to customize my meal with all the ingredients I love. The taste was absolutely amazing, with all the flavors of the fresh, natural ingredients coming through.
