I recently ordered from Kalsang Restaurant and I must say, their sushi was top-notch. The Crispy Spinach and Lotus Root roll was simply amazing, bursting with flavor and perfectly crispy. Every bite was a delight to the taste buds and I couldn't help but post about it on my social media. The sushi was extremely fresh, and you could tell that the restaurant takes great care in selecting their ingredients. Kalsang Restaurant is definitely my go-to for satisfying my sushi cravings. If you've not tried the soya chaap from here then it's a big miss for you. The chaap is super soft and it just melts in your mouth. It isn't spicy but it's very flavourful for sure. The price is very nominal.

I recently tried the Chilli Potato at Asian Bowl Co. and I have to say, it was delicious! The portion size was perfect and the dish was packed with flavor.
