I recently discovered La Freya Cafe & Restaurant and I'm so glad I did! As someone who prefers vegan options, I was happy to find that they offered a delicious Greek Salad that was both plant-based and full of flavor. I recently tried the Red Sauce White Sauce Whole Wheat Pasta Bowl from Healthy Gram and it was a great budget-friendly option for my office lunch break. The whole wheat pasta was perfectly cooked and the combination of red and white sauce was delicious. The portion size was generous and I was impressed with the value for money.
