I recently ordered from Shahi Darbar and was blown away by their sushi selection. The Crispy Chilli Potato sushi was perfectly cooked and had a great balance of flavors. I recently stumbled upon Buon Appetito and I must say, their Kolkata Dum Mutton Biryani is to die for! The tender pieces of mutton were cooked to perfection, and the unique blend of spices gave the dish an irresistible flavor.
