I recently visited Gangtok Station and was thrilled to find that they had a gluten-free option for their Veg Farm House Pizza. As someone who prefers gluten-free meals, this was a great find! I recently tried the veg Jungle Bar Special Platter at The Jungle Bar and was pleasantly surprised by the healthy options available.
