I recently had the pleasure of trying the Hyderabadi Onion Samosa at Pitaara Kitchen and I must say, it was an absolute treat! The samosa was crispy and packed with flavour, and the filling of onion was perfectly cooked and seasoned. As someone who loves Japanese cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised by the fusion of Indian and Japanese flavours in this dish.
