I recently tried the Tandoori Pudina Paneer Tikka Biryani from Handi Biryani Co. and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect level of heat in this dish. The tandoori flavor infused in the biryani along with the refreshing taste of mint made for a delicious combination. The paneer was cooked to perfection and added a nice creamy texture to the biryani.
