I recently tried Gulati Da Punjabi Dhaba's sushi and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The platter came with a generous serving of perfectly cooked plain rice, which was a great addition to the sushi. I recently tried Pindi Food Junction and was blown away by their Stuffed Chaap dish. The chaap was perfectly cooked and stuffed with a delicious filling that added a burst of flavor to every bite. What impressed me the most was the spicy level of the dish - it was just the right amount of heat and added to the overall taste.
