I recently tried the Mango Burst Cake from OvenFresh Cakes & Desserts and it did not disappoint. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the added kick of spice in this mango-flavored cake. The cake itself was moist, soft, and had the perfect level of sweetness.
