I recently dined at Hotel Kalash and was delighted to try their Chilli Chicken dish. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleased to find that the spice level of the dish was just right. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a great balance of flavors. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was also very pleasant.
